New Delphi Class: TfrmPopup

TfrmPopup is a base form for creating popup forms that slide into view near the Windows System Tray. Popup forms can be transparent.

TconScreenSaveSettings now enables the first screen saver found in the Windows System directory if none is specified. Error handling has been added to TconWhoAmI. Windows error codes (from GetLastError) are returned in the new ErrorCode property.
