details and migration to C++BuilderX, Borland’s latest offering for C++.

from Borland has reached its tenth generation. It's X for version 10
and X, apparently, to emphasise its cross-platform capabilities.

Borland Software on Tuesday unveiled an upgrade to JBuilder
that one company executive called the most significant update to the
cross-platform Java IDE in two years. JBuilder X includes new licensing,
visual design tools, support for Mac OS X and more.
